The goal of Altissimo Musique is to be Montreal's foremost string ensemble for hire. Professionalism is our guiding principle in all the services we offer. That means not only providing superlative musical performances, but also dependable customer service and follow-up on each of our engagements.

Musicians

Altissimo Musique is NOT a booking service that spreads itself thin between different genres. We know string music because we are all string players. As often as possible, the founding members of Altissimo Musique, those playing in the exerpts in the Repertoire section of this site, will be the actual musicians playing for your event. That means you are assured the utmost professionalism and quality. Our personal reputations are riding on it.

We are mostly graduates of the fine music programs in the Montreal area: those at McGill, Université de Montréal and the Conservatoire. Most of us have or are working on our Master's degree in performance. We all teach and play professionally in various ensembles in and around Montreal.
